A sensous Cuvee or blend , which is achieved by 2 pickings-one earlier in the harvest and one slightly later, grown in the Estate’s prime site for Sauvignon Blanc making this a complex wine with lots of passion fruit, nettles and a perfect minerality. This is a Sauvignon Blanc that will also mature beautifully for 2 -4 years.
