Wine Tasting Notes :

A lively bright yellow hue with shimmering depths that indicates class and promises complexity. A delightful nose of ripe fruit, passion fruit, granadilla and gooseberry.

The wine has been judiciously oaked, which has given it delicious vanilla flavours and a light ‘toasty notes . It is an intriguing bouquet, which yields different sensations with each sniff.

The palate is concentrated with a creamy texture from the wood and a well balanced and lively acidity. It finishes off with rounded tannins which leave a lingering finish.

Food Pairing : Pair it with full flavoured fish dishes such as seared tuna with a sesame seed sauce.

Enjoy now or allow it to develop further complexity for five or more years.
