A lively bright yellow hue with shimmering depths that indicates class and promises complexity. A delightful nose of ripe fruit, passion fruit, granadilla and gooseberry.
The wine has been judiciously oaked, which has given it delicious vanilla flavours and a light ‘toasty notes . It is an intriguing bouquet, which yields different sensations with each sniff.
The palate is concentrated with a creamy texture from the wood and a well balanced and lively acidity. It finishes off with rounded tannins which leave a lingering finish.
