A very energetic and vibrant fruit forward Sauvignon Blanc with great tropical fruit, fresh cut grass and peppers on the nose. A zesty palate with a great acidity and mineral flavours allow this wine to be enjoyed on its own on a warm Summers day or with light seafood dishes.
