Wine Tasting Notes

A medium to full-bodied red wine with a dark plum colour and ripe fruitiness and jammy characters on the nose. The tannins are typically a bit tight and the earthy, wood-like appeal makes for a fairly rustic wine. A great combination of flavours on the nose combine to give Christmas cake aromas and a smooth palate and long finish follow on.

Technical Wine Notes:

The wine was racked twice and left to mature in wood for a total of 24 months.

Grape Variety: Malbec – single vineyard

Alcohol content: 13.5% vol
