This wine benefited from a superb 2006 vintage in the Constantia Valley. A delicious nose of Mocha and soft minty flavours make this varietal exceptional. Lots of fruit and blackberry flavours follow through on the palate with a well integrated fine French oak concentration.
Technical Wine Notes:
The wine was racked twice and left to mature in wood for a total of 22 months.
