Wine Tasting Notes

A delicious MCC with lovely straw-Gold appearance and very intense flavours of toast and robust yeastiness followed by lovely elegant citrus. The nose opens up slowly to show the characters of good bottle ageing , with biscuity flavours and a soft mousse which carry through to a long finish making this an excellent MCC

Approximately 120 bottles are released per annum. All the processes used in the making of this wine are done by hand on site in the cellar.

Grape Variety: 70% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir

Alcohol content: 11.7% vol
