The system will guide you through all the steps of your order. Please make sure that you enter the correct physical delivery address and postal code as we deliver to your door. We cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. Included in the transport costs are insurance, petrol and special packaging to make sure that our wine is delivered safely. Please allow us and our shipping partners to deliver your order within five to ten days depending on the destination and the various suppliers for your wine order, who sometimes have different delivery dates. Our aim is to deliver your order to you as soon as possible.
As we can deliver worldwide our international customers must please note that international deliveries are subject to the import and custom laws of the country of the final destination. Any customs fees are born by the customer and we cannot be held liable if a delivery is confiscated or detained due to these laws of the specific country.

Please check your order on receipt for breakage and completeness. You may return or exchange wine within 28 days of the despatch date. It must be in a saleable condition in its original, undamaged packaging. We will consider the overall condition when making a refund. (This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of faulty goods.).
